Vide artigos 92 e seguintes do Decreto n\u00ba 462\/87.<\/p><p><strong>DOCUMENTOS NECESS\u00c1RIOS:<\/strong><\/p><p>Requerimento.<br \/>Documentos pessoais do Requerente ou procura\u00e7\u00e3o com documentos do outorgado.<br \/><strong>Taxa de Expediente R$ 745,20.<\/strong><br \/><strong>PRAZO:<\/strong> 30 (trinta) dias.<\/p><p><strong>OBS:<\/strong><\/p><p>1- A assinatura do Requerimento deve estar de acordo com a assinatura do cart\u00e3o de aut\u00f3grafo do contribuinte. Se a assinatura n\u00e3o for do contribuinte, deve estar acompanhada de procura\u00e7\u00e3o autenticada e documentos pessoais do procurador (RG, CPF ou CNH).<br \/>2- As c\u00f3pias simples dever\u00e3o ser conferidas e carimbadas pelo atendente.<br \/>3- Poder\u00e3o ser requeridos outros documentos no decurso do processo mediante requisi\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o julgador.
