[\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/wp-content\/uploads\/formularios\/dam\/Modelo-DAM-retifica\u00e7\u00e3o.xls\">Baixar Fomul\u00e1rio Modelo <\/a>]<\/li><li>C\u00f3pia dos documentos pessoas (RG e CPF) de quem assinou o DAM e o requerimento, no caso de procurador, c\u00f3pia da procura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>OBSERVA\u00c7\u00d5ES:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>As retifica\u00e7\u00f5es no DAM devem ser feitas no portal da Sefazonline na \u00e1rea restrita com acesso por meio de senha fornecida pela Sefaz\/AC;<\/li><li>Deve-se abrir <strong>Processo F\u00edsico<\/strong> para <strong>\u201cRetifica\u00e7\u00e3o de DAM\u201d somente <\/strong>nos casos em que o contribuinte for<strong> \u201cReduzir o Imposto \u00e0 Pagar\u201d ou \u201cAumentar o Saldo Credor\u201d.<\/strong><\/li><li>As c\u00f3pias dever\u00e3o ser apresentadas junto com os documentos originais para que o atendente confira, caso contr\u00e1rio dever\u00e3o ser c\u00f3pias autenticadas ou assinadas digitalmente (nesse \u00faltimo caso tem que anexar o relat\u00f3rio de conformidade)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>PRAZO:<\/strong>\u00a015 (quinze) Escritura\u00e7\u00e3o Fiscal Digital \u2013 EFD, a pedido do Contribuinte.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Utilizar o Processo Eletr\u00f4nico no Portal Sefazonline<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Acessar o portal Sefazonline na \u00e1rea restrita (necess\u00e1rio senha de acesso)<\/li><li>Acessar o M\u00f3dulo \u201cDeclara\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d<\/li><li>Acessar o \u00edcone \u201cEFD\u201d<\/li><li>Acessar o \u00edcone \u201cRetifica\u00e7\u00f5es\u2019<\/li><li>Acompanhar o \u201cDeferimento\u201d ou \u201cIndeferimento\u201d do processo<\/li><li>Enviar o arquivo para Receita Federal no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 05 (cinco) dias ap\u00f3s o \u201cDeferimento\u201d<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>PRAZO:<\/strong>\u00a015 (quinze) dias.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div d\u00e9bito especificando as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es ou o n\u00famero da notifica\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>Procura\u00e7\u00e3o e documentos do Procurador (RG E CPF), quando for o caso.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>OBS.:<\/strong>\u00a0At\u00e9 03 (tr\u00eas) Notifica\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 cobrado a Taxa de Expediente e a emiss\u00e3o ser\u00e1
