{"id":15855,"date":"2014-04-11T12:34:50","date_gmt":"2014-04-11T15:34:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sefaz.acre.gov.br:80\/2021\/?p=15855"},"modified":"2023-05-10T12:41:25","modified_gmt":"2023-05-10T15:41:25","slug":"decreto-no-7-411-de-11-de-abril-de-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/?p=15855","title":{"rendered":"DECRETO N\u00ba 7.411, DE 11 DE ABRIL DE 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DO ACRE<\/strong>, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe confere o art. 78, inciso IV da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Estadual, e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considerando que no dia 10 e 11 de abril corrente, problemas t\u00e9cnicos relacionados \u00e0 internet comprometeram o cumprimento tempestivo de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias relacionadas ao ICMS,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D E C R E TA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art. 1\u00ba &nbsp;Fica prorrogado para 15 de abril de 2014 o prazo para cumprimento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias relacionada ao ICMS com vencimento previsto para 10 e 11 de abril de 2014, nos seguintes casos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I &#8211; Demonstrativo de Apura\u00e7\u00e3o Mensal &#8211; DAM e respectivo recolhimento;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">II &#8211; Guia de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Apura\u00e7\u00e3o do ICMS devido por substitui\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria e respectivo recolhimento; e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">III &#8211; arquivo do Conv\u00eanio ICMS 57\/95 &#8211; SINTEGRA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art. 2\u00ba&nbsp; Fica a Secretaria de Estado da Fazenda autorizada a expedir ato para fiel cumprimento do disposto neste Decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art. 3\u00ba&nbsp; Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rio Branco-Acre, 11 de abril de 2014, 126\u00ba da Rep\u00fablica, 112\u00ba do Tratado de Petr\u00f3polis e 53\u00ba do Estado do Acre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prorroga o prazo de adimplemento de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias relacionadas ao ICMS, nos casos em que especifica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[32,3],"tags":[35],"class_list":["post-15855","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-decretos","category-legislacao","tag-icms"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/15855","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=15855"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/15855\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=15855"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=15855"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=15855"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
