{"id":14312,"date":"1992-04-14T11:41:38","date_gmt":"1992-04-14T14:41:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sefaz.acre.gov.br:80\/2021\/?p=14312"},"modified":"2023-04-25T11:41:46","modified_gmt":"2023-04-25T14:41:46","slug":"decreto-no-1-427-de-14-de-abril-de-1992","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/?p=14312","title":{"rendered":"DECRETO N\u00ba 1.427 DE 14 DE ABRIL DE 1992"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DO ACRE<\/strong>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, na forma do artigo 78, item IV da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Estadual;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO,<\/strong> a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria \u2013 CONFAZ, 63\u00aa&nbsp; Reuni\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria realizada em Bras\u00edlia \u2013 DF, em 25 de mar\u00e7o de 1992;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>finalmente o disposto no artigo 4\u00b0 da Lei Complementar n\u00b0 24 de 06 de janeiro de 1975.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D E C R E T A:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u00a0Ficam ratificados e incorporados \u00e0 Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria do Estado do Acre, os Conv\u00eanios ICMS n\u00bas 01 a 37\/92, celebrados na 66\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o Ordin\u00e1ria\u00a0 do Conselho de Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria &#8211; CONFAZ, realizada em Bras\u00edlia \u2013 DF no dia 25 de mar\u00e7o de 1992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0Fica a Secretaria da Fazenda do Estado do Acre, autorizada a baixar as normas necess\u00e1rias a fiel execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos Conv\u00eanios de que trata o artigo anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Art. 3\u00b0<\/strong> &nbsp;Revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio, este Decreto entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rio Branco &#8211; AC, 14 de abril de 1992, 104\u00aa da Rep\u00fablica, 90\u00aa do Tratado de Petr\u00f3polis e 31\u00aa do Estado do Acre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ratifica e Incorpora \u00e0 Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Tribut\u00e1ria do Acre, os Conv\u00eanios ICMS n\u00bas 01 a 37\/92.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[32,3],"tags":[35],"class_list":["post-14312","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-decretos","category-legislacao","tag-icms"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/14312","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=14312"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/14312\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=14312"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=14312"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=14312"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
