{"id":12286,"date":"2012-12-27T15:09:16","date_gmt":"2012-12-27T17:09:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sefaz.acre.gov.br:80\/2021\/?p=12286"},"modified":"2023-04-20T12:54:14","modified_gmt":"2023-04-20T15:54:14","slug":"lei-complementar-no-253-de-27-de-dezembro-de-2012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/?p=12286","title":{"rendered":"LEI COMPLEMENTAR\u00a0N\u00ba 253 DE 27 DE DEZEMBRO DE 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O<\/strong><strong> GOVERNADOR<\/strong><strong> DO<\/strong><strong> ESTADO<\/strong><strong> DO<\/strong><strong> ACRE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FA\u00c7O<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>SABER,<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>que a Assembl\u00e9ia Legislativa do Estado do Acre decreta e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei Complementar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art. 1\u00ba\u00a0 Acrescenta-se ao artigo 61 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 55, de 9 de julho de 1997, o seguinte inciso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cArt.61&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IX \u2013 trinta por cento do valor da opera\u00e7\u00e3o ou presta\u00e7\u00e3o, pela aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadoria, bem ou servi\u00e7o, em opera\u00e7\u00e3o ou presta\u00e7\u00e3o interestadual, acobertada por documento fiscal, no qual se consigne indevidamente, a al\u00edquota interestadual, sob a pretensa condi\u00e7\u00e3o de contribuinte do destinat\u00e1rio da mercadoria, bem ou servi\u00e7o.\u201d (NR)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art. 2\u00ba&nbsp; Esta Lei Complementar entra em vigor noventa dias ap\u00f3s a data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rio Branco &#8211; Acre, 27 de dezembro de 2012, 124\u00ba da Rep\u00fablica, 110\u00ba do Tratado de Petr\u00f3polis e 51\u00ba do Estado do Acre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acrescenta dispositivo \u00e0 Lei Complementar n\u00ba 55, de 9 de julho de 1997, que disp\u00f5e quanto ao Imposto sobre Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Relativas \u00e0 Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e sobre Presta\u00e7\u00f5es de Servi\u00e7os de Transporte Interestadual e Intermunicipal e de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 ICMS e d\u00e1 outras provid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3,30],"tags":[35],"class_list":["post-12286","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-legislacao","category-leis-complementares","tag-icms"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/12286","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=12286"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/12286\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=12286"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=12286"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/sefaz.ac.gov.br\/2021\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=12286"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
