Sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 voltada ao fortalecimento da integridade institucional, \u00e0 observ\u00e2ncia das normas administrativas e \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e9tica e da disciplina funcional no \u00e2mbito da administra\u00e7\u00e3o fazend\u00e1ria estadual.<\/p><p>Tem como objetivo assegurar a probidade, a regularidade e a qualidade dos atos praticados pelos servidores fazend\u00e1rios e demais agentes vinculados \u00e0s atividades de tributa\u00e7\u00e3o, arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de tributos estaduais, contribuindo para a credibilidade e o bom funcionamento da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p><p>Entre suas principais compet\u00eancias est\u00e3o a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades correcionais, a apura\u00e7\u00e3o de den\u00fancias e irregularidades envolvendo servidores, a condu\u00e7\u00e3o ou proposi\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimentos investigativos e disciplinares, bem como a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es preventivas voltadas \u00e0 \u00e9tica, \u00e0 integridade e ao aprimoramento da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica no \u00e2mbito da SEFAZ.<\/p><p>Entre suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es institucionais destacam-se:<\/p><ul><li>a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de atividades correcionais no \u00e2mbito da SEFAZ;<\/li><li>a apura\u00e7\u00e3o de den\u00fancias, representa\u00e7\u00f5es e comunica\u00e7\u00f5es de irregularidades envolvendo servidores ou colaboradores vinculados \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o fazend\u00e1ria;<\/li><li>a proposi\u00e7\u00e3o de instaura\u00e7\u00e3o, condu\u00e7\u00e3o ou acompanhamento de procedimentos investigativos e disciplinares;<\/li><li>a proposi\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas preventivas voltadas ao fortalecimento da integridade, da \u00e9tica p\u00fablica e da conformidade administrativa; e<\/li><li>o est\u00edmulo \u00e0 ado\u00e7\u00e3o de boas pr\u00e1ticas de gest\u00e3o e de mecanismos de preven\u00e7\u00e3o a irregularidades no \u00e2mbito
